About returned goods and defective products


■ Return period/conditions
<Cancellations, returns, etc. due to customer's convenience>
Please note that once an order has been confirmed, we cannot accept cancellations, changes, or returns due to customer's convenience, except for "wrong product" or "defective product".
SALE items cannot be returned under any circumstances.
We cannot accept cancellations, changes, exchanges, or returns of pre-order items after the order has been confirmed.
In addition, the contract with the customer shall be concluded when the "order confirmation e-mail" is sent from our shop.
If you do not receive an "order confirmation email" after placing your order, there is a possibility that the contract has not been concluded, so please contact us.

<About cooling-off>
Cooling-off is a system applied to door-to-door sales. Application of cooling-off is not obligatory for mail-order sales. Please note that the cooling-off system does not apply to this site because it is a mail-order business that is accessed by customers.




■ Return shipping fee

We will bear the cost of exchanging defective products and exchanging incorrect products.



■Defective product

We take all possible care in shipping the ordered product, but in the unlikely event that there is a "wrong product" or "defective product", we will exchange it for the same non-defective product as the ordered product, except in the following cases. I will let you.
In that case, we apologize for the inconvenience, but please contact us and return the product within 7 days after the product arrives.
Please note that refunds and price reductions cannot be made even in the case of defective products.
In addition, we will issue a refund for products that cannot be exchanged due to out of stock. Refund methods for credit card payments are subject to the credit card company.

[We do not accept exchanges in the following cases]
(1) If you do not contact us about defective products within 7 days after receiving the product.

(4) When a part of the product such as accessories is lost due to the customer's responsibility
(5) If the product is soiled or damaged due to the customer's responsibility
